We each have 86,400 seconds to spend every day. Some days we use that time wisely while other days we don’t. But what we do with that time makes us who we are whether we like it or not. If a majority of that time is spent doing things that we shouldn’t be doing, then that will show. But if a majority of that time is spent doing things that honor God that would show even more.
Think about a time when you had to choose what to do at a certain moment. Which one did you choose? Why? Was the one you chose something that you enjoy a lot more or was it something that you knew should be done? Maybe it was both.
Now when you are home alone in your room or someplace private, what are you doing with your time? Does it please God?
There’s a lot more questions in this devotion than statements. The purposes behind them all are to get you to think and analyze yourself and your character.

Aren’t you glad that God decided that we were worth His time to send His son to die for us? What if God had decided that we weren’t worth the time and He chose to spend that time doing something else?
The same thing can go right back to us. If God loves us so much, why do we choose to do so many things that hurt God? We wouldn’t do anything that hurts our boyfriends/girlfriends/friends/family because we love them and they love us. That’s all the more reason why we should give more of our time to God.
